| Washington Industrial Park, located north of 31 Mile Road and east off of Van Dyke Road, will consist of a 4,400 square-foot office building with frontage on Van Dyke, and two 12,200 square-foot industrial buildings that will offer space from 2,000 square feet up to an entire office building that may be leased or purchased as a condominium. Plans also include a 48,000 square-foot building offering mini-storage facilities with optional climate control. |
