WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST

Our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality construction does not end at closing of your new home. Palazzolo Brothers stands squarely behind each home we build, providing homeowners a written one-year warranty which incorporates the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines developed by the National Association of Home Builders. Additional warranty coverage is also provided by manufacturers for certain materials, appliances, and equipment.

Palazzolo Brothers will accept warranty item requests at 90 days and 11 months after closing. Please use this form to notify us of warranty concerns. With the exceptions of emergencies, all requests for service must be in writing. Requests may be submitted via this form online, fax or regular mail. To assure timely response and proper record keeping, on site sales and construction personnel will not accept service requests in your community.

Upon the receipt of your warranty request, we will generate a work order (based upon the warrantable status of all request items) and issue them out to your customer service representative. We will contact you to set an inspection appointment within 48 hours. Please fill out all fields.
